Eligibility	Students enrolled in a publicly funded elementary or secondary school who are facing mental health challenges or who have an addiction Residency Requirements: District of Muskoka - all areas Simcoe County - all areas north of Hwy 89 Grey County - small portion of eastern Grey County, including Maxwell and Feversham
Application	Ontario Health atHome or school referral required
Languages	English; French - Reception, services can be arranged in French
Fees	None - Services paid for by OHIP
