| Description (Service) | Family Practice - The South Huron Medical Centre is home to the following family doctors: Dr Ryan, Dr Bueno, Dr Patel, Dr Joseph and Dr Ondrejicka. Lab draws are done in office daily for patients of family doctors. As well as outpatient bloodwork (patients who do not have a doctor here) two or three mornings per week. Call or book online for a bloodwork appointment. Walk-in clinic -Doctors assess and treat minor illness. Acute problems such as colds, ear aches, and prescription renewals - Narcotic medications WILL NOT be renewed at the Walk In Clinic (codeine, etc.).Open Weekends and Stat Holidays. No appointment required but registration begins at 10:45 am-1:45 pm unless capacity is reached. The walk-in clinic is not open during the week. Avoid long waits in Emergency Dept. Be sure to bring your health card. |

| Hours | Family Practice: 8:30 am-4:00 pm. Monday to Friday. Lab tests and routine injections for patients of family practice: 8 am-10:30 am. Call for an appointment. Walk-In Clinic: Sat-Sun and holidays registration 10:45 am-1:45 pm or until capacity is reached. |

| Application | For Family Practice, please ask for application form. We currently do not have capacity. Walk-In clinic, patients are not required to have a doctor at this practice. Patients who are Unattached to a Family MD can contact the Unattached Care Clinic to see if they can register to a Nurse Practitioner. 519 870 9034. |
