Eligibility | Persons who cannot afford a lawyer and cannot obtain a Legal Aid Certificate, including low income earners, unemployed and social assistance recipients. Perth and Huron County residents. NO family law, criminal law or refugee law cases accepted |

Fees | None - Legal services are free to all who meet financial eligibility requirements. Clients may pay for legal disbursements such as court costs, expert witnesses, and filing of documents. |
