Description

Description (Service) Personal emergency response service allows seniors and individuals to call for assistance at the press of a medical help button.
  • Offers an emergency response button that can be worn on the wrist or neck or optional auto fall detection pendant. When button is activated, it connects via 2-way voice with a certified professional call taker who will assess whether individual needs professional help, friends or family and sends the appropriate help. A home phone line (landline) is not required.
  • Mobile GPS products:
    • Mobile Personal Help Button with 2-way voice and built in GPS location services - communicates via cellular network.
    • Helpline GPS Watch (lockable on the wrist) with geo-fence capabilities for those with dementia or who wander. Communicates via cellular network.
    • No landline or personal cell phone required for either option.
  • Installation Options:
    • Installation completed by a technician who comes to the home, sets up the system and demonstrates its use
    • Optional self installation
  • Bilingual operators always available
  • No long term contracts or cancellation fees on all products
  • Provider is based in Sudbury but services all of Canada
  • Veterans Affairs approved vendor
