Support group for Seniors to:

• meet new people and form connections with others
• express yourself in a safe, confidential space
• maintain social connection, hope and resilience
• increase self-esteem, share information, and learn from each other
• know that you are not alone and others are struggling with similar issues
• learn about different topics like assertive communication, effective listening, grief and loss, understanding feelings, interpersonal communication, emotion regulation skills, mindfulness, self-care and self-compassion

This is an open group and participants can choose to attend as often as they would like but everyone will need to pre-register at least one week before their first time attending. To register call Angie Carter 519-273-1020 Ext 104.
