Visiting program every Thursday morning (specific day subject to change, please call office to confirm) that offers :

• counselling, advocacy and support
• discharge planning/reintegration planning
• substance related options - relapse prevention, referrals to treatment
• Referrals - income tax, mental health, medical, social assistance, and applicable local organizations and agencies
• financial service
• housing options, basic needs
• worker assists with filling out applications, scheduling appointments, follow up release appointments and information about the criminal justice system
