Description
| Description (Service) | The Community Treatment Orders (CTO) Program provides information and support to those who are being considered for a CTO, as well as to their substitute decision maker, if any. This program also provides coordination and support to those who are subject to a CTO, as well as to their substitute decision maker, if any. Case management services are provided to those who are subject to a CTO. Education is provided to all stakeholders. Collaboration with family and/or significant others, health care providers, and other service providers is completed with the goal of enhancing the quality of life for the client being considered for a CTO, or who is subject to a CTO. Model is service is case management. |
