Description (Service) | COVID19 - Service Change - Friendly Visiting / Telephone Reassurance services delivered by telephone visit and check in. For more information about services and programs, see COVID-19 & ONE CARE HERE Provides companionship through regularly scheduled visits and/or regular contact daily phone calls to those who live alone. The volunteer and client are matched based on common interests. Calls may be arranged for health & safety, date & day reminders, friendly conversation. Lifeline - an easy-to-use personal 24 hour emergency response service is also available for a set fee |
