Description
Description (Service) | Free Clinics offered to seniors and older adults over the age of 55 with a chronic condition who wish to monitor their blood pressure. Trained staff and volunteers measure blood pressure, record results and provide information about risk factors for heart disease and stroke as well as materials on how to be more heart-healthy. Results can also be sent to your family physician with authorization. |
